Participating in On Campus Interviewing enables recruiters to interview in the Virginia Tech Career Services facilities and meet with many students during one campus visit. 32 interview rooms are available for use, within the Smith Career Services center. You may interview on multiple concurrent schedules, if space allows. Spaces fill up throughout the year, so please contact the recruiting staff to check availability and to receive advice on using the Hokies4Hire system for posting positions and managing your interview schedules.

Although the standard On Campus Interview schedule begins late September, the interview facilities will be made available Friday, Sept. 16th, following the Business Horizons Thursday, Sept. 15th fair date. The recruiting staff can give you further advice on what dates would be available to you. Employers who will be limited to one campus visit per recruiting cycle, are encouraged to attend the BH Thursday, Sept. 15th, and conduct their On Campus Interviews on Friday, Sept. 16th.
